A small meditation cabin, erected in 2006, overlooks the certified organic vegetable garden. As you meditate, nature's breath will purify, cleanse and bring you peace.
Guests could arrive on a Friday evening and return to the City on Sunday afternoon. A light evening meal of soup and salad could be provided on arrival. When all students have arrived safely (max. 4), they can decide whether they wish to meditate two or three times a day: once before retiring on the Friday evening, three times on Saturday and twice on Sunday (6 sits in all) and at what times.
